Academic Support
Wukari Jubilee
University is determined to provide sound and integrated
education to its students in all programs. As a result, a number
of academic support services shall be provided for the use of
colleges and departments. Such services will augment the quality
of academic activities in the various departments at the
University
Motto
The Motto of the University is, Education For
Total Development. The motto of the University is borne out of the
philosophy of an all-round education that takes care of academic and
moral values
Wukari Jubilee University is a conventional University with a main campus at Wukari, Taraba State. The University presently runs three programs in the college of Natural and Applied Sciences, namely, computer science, mathematics and statistics. By the third year it envisaged that other programs in the pure sciences of physics, biology, chemistry, microbiology, and biochemistry will commence. In the college of Management and Social Sciences, the programs include, business administration, public administration, political science, accounting, actuarial science, sociology, mass communication, economics. Other programs in Food Science and Technology, Science Education, Liberal Arts and Humanities, and Environmental Sciences will start at various points later in the life of the University. These programs will not only attract multitude of students and staff but will also lead to the production of required manpower for the State and the Nation.
